I'm So Not Nice

Really. Because once I'm annoyed by somethingone, I won't ever let go of it. I will forever find additional reasons to be annoyed. [This almost never applies to real friends. It almost never applies to my children or husband, either, of course!] Do you recall the Great Girl Scout Cookie Sales Booth Debacle?

The next week, there was a Brownie outing to the police department. One of the officers took the whole troop on a tour to see this small town police station up close and personal. The girls seemed to have a good time. When it was done, I took the following photo. Now, for context, the driver of the vehicle had just done an illegal U-turn in front of the police station and parked in the red zone in front of the police station. The driver, of course, is the woman from the GGSCSBD. A woman who, by the way, has never said anything about the GGSCSBD.

When I saw that, I had to take the shot. I mean, hell, I bought the camera just for such moments. [Sorry, Pete, I'm making that part up. I really did buy it to take the photos of the kids in my room parent classroom, just like I told you.] But I've not posted this photo for all this time because it just felt...mean? Nope. Petty? Nope. Over kill? Yes.

Today, as the kids and I are walking to our car after school, I see her and the vehicle in question. You know where the car is parked? In a red zone. Blocking a handicapped parking space. You see, the universe compelled me to write about it today.
