Strawberries and chocolate together in their own poems. Wonderful poems. The Advent calendar is the treat that follows getting dressed for school, so I can appreciate this imagery very much!
Boy, a double-header! Love to smell the kids hair especially when they get out of the tub, all ready for bed - so sweet, so pleasant - so promising that there will soon be peace and quiet too. Now a chocolate rendering advent calendar has to rock! And by the way, back to yesterday's post - mark my words, come the day she is 16 -18 or so, all decked out for Prom or some other big event and you'll see, she's got the makings there for being a beauty queen. Trust me!

I love the smell of scented shampoo on my daughter's hair, too. Right now she is using watermelon. Great 'ku, Patty, as usual!
I love the way my kids hair smells after a bath. It is certainly yummy!
These are great! I especially like the first one - so fresh!
"Delightful!" And how! I love the smell of strawberry shampoo. Wish they'd make a strawberry-chocolate scent. Mmmmmmm!

Hey, my Advent calendar doesn't dole out chocolates. I feel cheated. ;)

A haiku that invokes other senses? Brilliant! Why don't they make chocolate shampoo?
