Haiku: Kindness

The kindness of friends and family is all we've been recipients of these past couple of weeks. And it's likely what we'll continue to rely on in the days ahead. This first one, then, points to that kindness:

Tackling mindless tasks
brings weary sighs of relief
from the exhausted.

And, this, how Corrie the wonder mutt shows her kindness:

Corrie The Wonder Mutt
Hearing child’s cries,
races up stairs two by two
to nudge tears with nose.

Thank you, One Single Impression. Do make sure you read others' odes to kindness.
