Oh, how I whinged. Oh, how I worried about their departure. Oh, how I wrote bad poetry about them really going. And it wasn't just me, of course, it was Youngest and, especially, Daughter. We collectively pined for them. But, really, it always came back to me.
Speaking of came back, THEY DID!
The high-pitched shrieking last night when we saw them. The boisterous horseplay. The physical contact. The laughter. The just staring at them, watching theirs with ours. Just pinch me, folks.
Ow!
