Spent

Daughter and I are back from our weekend Girl Scout outing. They might run like girls and they might throw like girls and they might cry like girls, but those girls? They are undeniably energetic. I'm so freakin' exhausted.

I will leave you with this picture of two girls -- a 4-year-old and her 9-month-old sister -- to tide you over until my mind can function again.

Me and My Sister
The scary thing is? Eldest says I look the same as I did then, 'tho I'm not as chubby in the face. Said as only a 12-year-old son could say.

Almost the same expression as your header too! Very adorable little children for sure! I remember doing that...oh my, they are such pile of energy!

Every time I come back from one of those things, I'm usually glad I went, but mostly glad it's over. I also think I'm gonna post about it, but never do. I love how you still delivered something, though. The picture is awesome!

Oh, yes, I can believe that you are exhausted!!

Definitely a resemblance there!

Girl Scout camp sounds sort of scary, like a younger and more wholesome version of cheer leading camp.

Welcome home. I bet your bed will feel better tonight than it has in while! Although, this was a good way to get warmed up for the Bruuuce concert. I'm in training too. Standing for 6 hours each day, just to get used to it. Oh, of course this is while I am listening to Bruuce blasting on my Ipod.
Did you see him on Joh Stewart the other night? Is he HOT or what?

We are about to embark on a 2-night camping trip with the 3- and 5-year-olds. If I survive I will make a full report.

I hope you've recovered by now, you brave woman.

You and Youngest really resemble! I'm glad to have seen the picture. :)
