Ever wonder what arthroscopic surgery on an elbow looks like? Me neither. And, yet, how many times have I viewed my surgery from last month?
Okay, just once. Once was enough, particularly as I viewed along with the doctor providing narrative such as, "Wow, this is when you really started bleeding." "Here's when I had to tighten the tourniquet."
Oh, and how am I feeling, you ask? Um, I was doing great. About a week ago, the elbow started bothering me again. Not nearly as bad as it was before, mind you, but enough to make me think the only thing I'll ultimately gain from the surgery is a few YouTube hits and a couple of purty little scars.
