Perhaps we'll split it in half. Twenty-six each, one gets the red and the other gets the black.
On the other hand, maybe it's best to just have one person take all 52.
Today, I am taking all 52. I am playing with the entire deck. And, damn, it's full. Filled with the evens and the odds, the reds and the blacks, the hearts and the diamonds and the clubs and the spades. I can assign an attribute to each one.
A card for each and every single year of my life. A full deck, a full life.
Here's hoping I still have quite a few jokers in reserve.
